Member Relations/Operations Assistant

The member relations/operations assistant employee manages and controls calls and e-mails through the corporate office for all Planet Fitness locations regarding customer service, franchise owner/manager inquiries and call forwarding. This employee is also responsible for office tasks including but not limited to, supply inventory and ordering, maintaining the PF Store, conference rooms and assisting all staff members as well as office visitors.

Real Estate Manager

Lead, coordinate and direct the Real Estate site sourcing and site selection for Planet Fitness. Directly responsible for assisting assigned Franchise Groups in order to meet their development schedules. Regionally assigned to ensure all ICSC events, brokerage networks, REITs, and LLs consider Planet Fitness as the first priority for our required space.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsible for all aspects of technology within the Planet Fitness corporate environment which include WHQ and all other corporately owned clubs. Implement, support and maintain all technology related items, and be the first line of support for all users within that environment. Actively involved in the strategic planning of our infrastructure and support processes in order to help maximize efficiency, generate revenue and keep the business ahead of the growth curve as it pertains to technology.

Franchise Operations Specialist

Execute new club pre-sale and opening support, conduct scheduled workshops for Franchise Owners and their operations teams, provide operational support and training as required for underperforming clubs, execute pre-transfer visits, complete Franchise owner requests for support, close out customer complaints as requested.

Brand Excellence Auditor

The Brand Excellence position involves traveling to the franchise locations in their region to audit each location for various items such as cleanliness, methods of operation and vendor compliance. The auditor will determine remedies for any issues found and set cure periods for any defaults to be fixed.
