According to Planet Fitness membership enrollment policy, you must be at least 13 years old to become a member of any Planet Fitness club. Potential new members between the ages of 13 to 17 years old must complete their enrollment in the club and have a parent or guardian sign a waiver granting permission for membership. Members between the ages of 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all workouts.
