pf Diamond Membership FAQs

The PF Diamond membership includes all PF Black Card® perks, a piece of at-home interactive fitness equipment delivered to your home (your choice of a bike, treadmill, or rower) which comes complete with iFit premium content, AND you receive access to the PF+ premium content in the PF App. 

The monthly fee for the PF Diamond membership is $49.99 per month, with a $39 annual fee and a commitment for 36 months. After 36 months, the membership will renew at $24.99 a month, but you will retain access to PF+ content and all of the PF Black Card® perks, and the at-home interactive equipment is yours to keep! 

This is an exclusive in-club offer only available at the Danvers, MA location. You can join or upgrade your current membership at the front desk with any one of our team members. Online and mobile joins/upgrades are not available for this offer. 

Our memberships are billed directly to a checking account. You can provide a credit card as a back-up option, if there’s ever an issue with your checking account.

The at-home equipment will be supplied and delivered by ICON. A member of the ICON team will reach out to you within 48 hours of becoming a PF Diamond member, and will be coordinating all of your ordering and shipping information. They will keep you informed through email regarding all details – order number, shipping status and fulfillment details.It will take about 5-7 days from the day you confirm your order with ICON for your bike or rower to be delivered. If you order a treadmill, it will be about 2-3 weeks.

We would hate to see you go! If you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for half of the remaining balance on your agreement.

Unfortunately, no. Since the PF Diamond membership is exclusive to the Danvers , MA location, you are unable to transfer your membership to a new location. As a PF Black Card® member you are able to use any one of our 2,000+ locations. If you must switch your home club, we can downgrade your membership to the standard PF Black Card® membership. You will be responsible for half of the remaining balance on your PF Diamond membership agreement.
