How can I sign up for High School Summer Pass™?
Starting May 19, participants can sign up one of two ways:
Sign up online at planetfitness.com/summerpass. Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the electronic waiver.
Sign up in-club. Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver.
For participants under 18, once the waiver is signed, they can work out alone. Participants who are already 18 do not need a parent or guardian to sign up. Teens ages 14-19 years old are eligible to participate.
Do I need an email address to sign up for High School Summer Pass™?
Yes! In fact, the email address you use to sign up is very important. Since some school-based email addresses that end in .EDU do not allow emails from outside of the organization, so we strongly recommend using a non .EDU email address for sign up.
Just a heads up, you will need to use the same email address that you register with, to create your account in the Planet Fitness App! If you have a Planet Fitness App account already, please use that email address to sign up for High School Summer Pass™.
I completed my registration. Now what?
Once you have signed up for High School Summer Pass™ you will need to download the free Planet Fitness App. After downloading the app, use the same email address you used to sign-up for High School Summer Pass™ to create your account in the app. Starting June 1 your app account will automatically link your High School Summer Pass™ digital club pass so you can access the club!
Do I need the app to use High School Summer Pass™?
Yes, you will need to follow the steps above to unlock everything that High School Summer Pass™ has to offer, and to access your Planet Fitness club June 1 – August 31.
I am trying to login to the Planet Fitness App, but it is telling me I need to verify my email, how do I do that?
Check the inbox of the email account you used to sign up with the Planet Fitness App. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
I never received my Verification Email or Password Reset Email. What do I do now?
If you are having issues receiving verification or password reset emails, please check your spam/junk folders and check that your email account has sufficient free storage to receive new mail.
I created an account for the Planet Fitness App using the wrong email address. What do I do?
No worries! You can create a new account using the same email address used to register for High School Summer Pass™ by repeating the create account process in the app with the correct email address.
How do I link my High School Summer Pass™ to the Planet Fitness App?
There is no need to manually link your account. If you used the same email address to sign-up for High School Summer Pass™ and to create your app account, everything will be linked on June 1st!
Oops! I signed up for High School Summer Pass™ at the wrong Planet Fitness club! What do I do?
Don’t stress! If you’d like to change the Planet Fitness club that you’re working out at this summer, you can easily re-register at www.planetfitness.com/summerpass (using the same email address and information) by selecting the correct club. Please note that by signing up again, your original registration will no longer be valid.
