Be on the front line of delivering exceptional member experiences and building strong relationships, all while having a little fun. Team Members are typically responsible for maintaining the comfortable, clean, and friendly atmosphere for all club members and guests, and for providing service that exceeds the expectations of members. Â
Engage members of all fitness levels and help them to pursue and realize their health and wellness goals. As a club’s fitness ambassador, a fitness trainer typically enhances the member experience by carrying out trainer-led experiences through PE@PF – our flagship fitness program.
Lead a team to realize the dream. A store manager typically provides leadership and support to team members, helping them to focus on exceptional member experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations within a club and monitoring performance against key metrics.Â
Expand your influence as you inspire and motivate multiple teams. Â A multi-store manager typically leads the operations of multiple clubs, focusing on outstanding member and guest experiences, individual club performance against key metrics, and creating action plans that drive results.
Deliver on one of the brand’s biggest value-adds:  a spotless facility. A cleaner is typically focused on solely on enhancing the member experience by maintaining a clean club environment, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on consistency.
