Sweepstakes Period: Philadelphia Flyers & Planet Fitness 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is National Fitness Partners - Philadelphia Flyers & Planet Fitness 2026 Sweepstakes, Attn: 3911 Hartzdale Dr., Camp Hill, PA 17011.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to United States residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry ("Entrants").

Employees (and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and Philadelphia Flyers and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, franchisees, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to participate or win.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants, may enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following two (2) methods of entry (the "Entry"):

Membership Entry

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by joining at a participating Planet Fitness location (Philadelphia Flyers Black Card Offer) using promo code FLYERS during the Sweepstakes Period and providing all required registration information.

Mail Entry

To enter by mail, Entrants shall mail a postcard including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

All mailed Entries must be legible and received on or before December 31, 2026.

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address/postcard regardless of method of entry.

Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or entering more than the permitted number of times will void all entries and result in disqualification.

Grand Prize: One (1) winner, who will be chosen by Sponsor, will receive:

Two (2) all-inclusive Philadelphia Flyers game tickets for the February 3, 2027 Philadelphia Flyers game

One (1) pre-game experience for the February 3, 2027 Philadelphia Flyers game

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $600

Additionally, eligible new PF Black Card® members who join using promo code FLYERS may receive one (1) co-branded Planet Fitness and Philadelphia Flyers t-shirt while supplies last.

The promotional t-shirt is not part of or related to the Sweepstakes prize and does not increase an individual's odds of winning.

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverage, and all other expenses not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Philadelphia Flyers game and pre-game experience associated with the Grand Prize for two (2) tickets will take place on February 3, 2027. Participation in/use of the Grand Prize is subject to all rules and policies of the Philadelphia Flyers and any of its related entities. In the event that the game is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide an alternative Grand Prize to the winner that is of approximately the same value.

Random Drawing/Winner Notification/Odds of Winning: There will be a random drawing conducted from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to determine one (1) Grand Prize winner.

The drawing will be conducted on or about January 4, 2027, by Sponsor representatives whose decisions are final.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email.

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

General Rules: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

Entrants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and the Philadelphia Flyers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned.

Disputes: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Data Collection: Sponsor collects personal information from Entrants when they enter the Sweepstakes and/or enroll in membership using the promotional code for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and marketing communications.

In connection with this promotion, Entrants acknowledge and agree that personal information provided during sweepstakes entry or membership enrollment, including name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and related contact information, may be shared with Philadelphia Flyers for prize fulfillment, promotion administration, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and the privacy policies of the participating organizations. If an Entrant does not wish for such personal information to be shared with Philadelphia Flyers for prize fulfillment, promotion administration, and/or marketing purposes, the Entrant may opt out by sending an email to NFPMarketing@nfpfit.com on or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Planet Fitness Privacy Policy located at:
